Emanuele Dascanio was born in Garbagnate Milanese in 1983.

He enrolled at the Academy of Brera, but abandoned the academy after six months. In 2007 he studied and worked in the atelier of Gianluca Corona, student of Master Mario Donizetti, finding in him a good teacher and learning the technique of oil painting as it has been handed down from the Renaissance.

He devotes much time to the study of artistic techniques and the search for continuous improvement of its expressive capabilities. In 2018 Emanuele Dascanio become an IBEX MASTER Considered to be one of the most accomplished drawing artist in the world, his artworks are part of the prestigious IBEX COLLECTION. His works are in private collections in all over the world.

Ein einziger Faden

Das gesamte Motiv besteht aus einem einzigen Faden, der um tausende Nägel gespannt ist. Hinter dem Faden ist kein Foto oder Druck versteckt. Der fotorealistische Eindruck ergibt sich nur aus der Täuschung des Auges, welches den Faden ab einer gewissen Entfernung nicht mehr als solchen wahrnehmen kann.

Zwei Kunstwerke in einem

Aus der Nähe ergibt sich ein völlig anderer Eindruck als aus der Entfernung. Während man aus der Nähe jeden einzelnen Nagel und jedes Fadensegment erkennen kann, ergibt sich ab einer Entfernung von ca. 2-3 Metern ein fotorealistisches Bild.
